Day #6, I am constructing my dreams.  I am applying action steps to my Mission Statements that are associated with my Vision Statements.  I will include two of my Action Items

1. Be Healthy - I want to be healthy so I can be there for my family.  I am tired of being a fat slob and not having the energy to work or play.  I  used to be a madman.  I would work all day, go  workout at the gym, then go hang out with friends and have a good time and be able to do it all over again the next day.

I will wake early in the day to hit the gym before my wife and daughter awake.  I will ride the bike or walk for at least 20 minutes every morning. I will leave my office at appropriate time to go back to the gym to life weights or some other strenuous activity.  I used to do this in college and and through out my 20's and early 30's.  I miss the gym and the challenge.  I will be there at the appropriate times.

2. My Salvation - I want a strong walk with God.  I need to be the god-figure in my home.  I need my family to know that I walk with God everyday.  My days are God centered and in heading in His Direction.

I will read His Word daily or listen to a God-inspired message.  I will walk with Him and seek His counsel.

I hope that these are being helpful and that you enjoy reading them. I will admit that I got a little off track this weekend, but I am back.

David, It is good to see these two goals.  Both will help you grow as a person in your life and business.  I know we never hooked up because I was in FL for a while working with Christian youth.

I know your business is moving on and your right to focus on what is needed for you and your family.

Keep going.  I know you will do well.

Dave
Good thoughts Getting to the gym ( or out running etc) before everyone gets up is a winner. You burn more fat early in the-morning.
Try listenibg  to religious music when you run, it will fill your soul.

Be strong, Dave! I suggest that you team up with someone who excels at what you are trying to accomplish-they'll teach you and keep you on track in a huge way. If you start to fall short of your goals reach out for support and encouragement. We're all there for you, my friend!

Dave - assume you're doing Duncan's program - it WONDERFUL and life changing!  In fact - I'd forgotten about it!  I need to go back on it soon!
