One of the hallmarks of Delgado Property Management is our quality photography.  Others have written about camera selection in order to achieve high quality results, but there is so much more to it then that.  Lighting, composition, and a combination of both an artistic eye and a technical ability all combine to produce high quality images.

The poor quality of most of the photographs in the MLS never ceases to amaze me.  And there are still many agents that only put up one or two photos out of the 30 allowed.

Kudos for you * I have 3 EXCELLENT cameras with me and IN my office - batteries charged.  My freaturing my properties with FLOOR PLANS is too much for many of my competitors to use to feature their listings....HeHeHe!

Yes, it's insane that folks who call themselves professionals would skip the "great photographs" step in their listings.  It's almost a criminal offense.  Flattering that they are trying to imitate, but you'll already be ahead of them in your quest to be the best.

Sorry with an average of 4 day on the market ours rent too fast, just the other day I was putting a sign up and a car stoped and the rented it too bad that was before I got the agreement signed LOL
