Miami Dolphins sign a new Wide Receiver. (today's funny)

Hot off the press today, Miami has a new wide receiver. It is unbelievable what this wide receiver can do. It is said that he just walked in at the end of the practice session. Will this give the Dolphins the much needed talent to achieve their first win of there dismal season.

The pro football team had just finished their daily practice session when a large turkey came strutting onto the field. While the players gazed in amazement, the turkey walked up to the head coach and demanded a tryout.

Everyone stared in silence as the turkey caught pass after pass and ran right through the defensive line. When the turkey returned to the sidelines, the coach shouted, "You're terrific!!! Sign up for the season, and I'll see to it that you get a huge bonus."

"Forget the bonus," the turkey said, "All I want to know is, does the season go past Thanksgiving Day?"

A Turkey couldn't do much wose than they are playing right now.

Steve, you got that right. I have never seen a team not click like these bunch of guys. And now Thomas is ut indefinately. OUCH.

The Dolphins could use about 11 of these walk-ons and play them on both sides of the ball and have one to walk the sidelines.

this is a funny one. Even our Eagles beat the dolphins last week!

That was cute. And to the turkey...yes, the season lasts past Thanksgiving. The real turkey's couldn't do any worse than the human turkeys that claim to be playing the game! Thanks for the laugh.

The big irony to me is that the Patriots could be the first undefeated team since the Dolphins did it in 1973, and it could happen in the same year that Miami is winless. How cruel is that?

Jason, ironic is the key word there. It did not even come to thought until you just mentioned it.

Not too mention...The Dolphins and Pats could be picking 1-2 in the draft...LOL

And he's back! Yes, it is true! The Ricky Williams, who was cut off at the knees (not just in my pic) a couple of years ago, is back to save the Dolphins!
