- The average Days on Market was 110 Days.
- The average sold price was $302,307, or $125 per square foot.
- There are currently 9 homes listed for sale, 8 of which are sold by the builder.
- There were 4 closed sales in January.
These numbers have increased compared to 2010 data. In 2010, there were 15 King Ranch homes sold. While the average sold price was a little higher at $339,181, the average price per square foot was only $116. This means that buyers are opting for slightly less square footage on average.
