I was memed this morning by one of my new AR associates, Leanne Painter (I'm the one that is fairly new). I am honored because I respect Leanne's depth of posts and her helpful attitude. Of course I immediately questioned her, "Okay, I'll do it, but what is the purpose...." Then I decided to search bar AR. I found a lot of fun information of MEMeing. It seems that Mary McKnight is the originator of AR MEMeing. Mary doesn't know this, but she is one of my online guru's. I have a lot to learn about blogging technology. I plan to schedule in an afternoon soon to get up to speed, Mary's blogs will be my first pit stop.

5 Things you don't know about me, (Only 5?)
1) One reason that I push myself so hard is because I had a car accident years ago that resulted in a head injury (bruise on the brain)leaving me unconscious for 3 weeks. When I woke up I was paralyzed on my left side, had no idea who I was, where I was, who my family was, or what had happened. I was a Tabula Rosa at 18. I had to learn all that we take for granted--from scratch. Walking, talking, how to dress myself, who I was. The Neuro Surgeon at that time told my family that If I survived, I may never get past the intellect of a 5 year old. It took me longer than most people, but I ended up earning a Bachelor of Arts. Then studied and passed licensing exams in Insurance, later on Real Estate. But, I'm not happy with passing, its like I have to continually prove to myself that I can do MORE. (I hesitate to tell people about this because I do not want to be stigmatized. That was when I was 18, I'm almost 50 now)
2) The best way to get me to do something is to tell me that I can't do it. Those were the magic parting words from my first broker with Assist2Sell. He said I would not be successful if I left A2S. ...I'm going to have loads of fun with this challenge. He basically wrote my success ticket by waving the red flag.
3) I deeply believe in providence and that things will turn out for the best in the end. I believe that the act of faith is first of all doing what you are able with the tools given us, then chill and wait for the rest. "Be Still and Know that I am God" is the scripture that has saved my life on several occasions.
4) I may occasionally be disoriented, but I am never lost. I believe I am where I am supposed to be.
5) OBGYN inferred that I should not look forward to or count of having children because of certain female issues. Well, I now have Luke, age 17 (named Nathaniel Luke for Gift of God and Friend of God), and Elizabeth Skye, age 13.
Now its your turn. I am tagging one of my new associates, Paul Tathem, Founder of International Realty Plus, Amy Jamieson, and Robert Lowe. All new associates and all with International Realty Plus.
I am glad to see you fully recovered from your accident. I admire your motivation and determination.
