12 Comments on Buyer's Agents who do not provide feedback in this Buyer's Market
Debbie Henderson: Exactly! Lets all work together! Thanks for this excellent comment!

Jo Soss - Bremerton WA Real Estate:
Thanks Jo Soss. Not all agents agree though. Many simply will not give you any feedback. But I guess that means their client is not interested as well.
Donald
Buyers agents must realize that the shoe might be on the other foot one day. They may be looking for feedback from you.
I try my best to respond to feedback requests and quickly as possible. We are lucky here in Charlottesville because our lockbox system allows us to enter feedback while we are visiting the property with our clients. Even if time does not allow it will flag me to respond when time is available.
Have a great and safe Thanksgiving.
We definitely have a buyer's market in Sacramento; however, some neighborhoods such as Land Park, Curtis Park, Midtown, East Sac -- those near the Capitol, are holding their own. If the home is priced right and in beautiful condition, it quickly sells. The ones that don't sell are the ones that can use buyer feedback. It's not just for the agent, and many buyer's agents don't realize that. It's what the listing agent uses to show the seller the price needs adjustment or the home needs improvement. Now, if you never take another listing in your life, you probably don't care, but one day that person could be you; know what I mean?
P. S. I especially liked the dog. But I'm a sucker for pet photos.
Dave Shockley Charlottesville Virginia Real Estate:
Thanks Dave That is interesting about entering feedback into the lockbox system, while you are in the property.
Thanks Don
Hi Donald, one would think that feedback is akin to a dentist trip these days. I for one am just satisfied if they bother to turn off the lights and lock up when they leave. May you and yours have a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
Donald,
I am with you all the way. It has gotten to the point this year that I brace my Seller's that "if there is any" feedback...it will not be very informative...
In the last month there has been a 100% compliance on my current listings.
Have a great Thanksgiving.
Dan Budnok
Well Dan, you are obviously doing something right when you get 100% feedback responses on your listings. Happy Thanksgiving!
Keith & Robin Perry - REALTOR® -West Metro Atlanta:
I agree, it can be like pulling teeth. Happy Thanksgiving
