During the month of October 2007 there were 18 newly reported properties listed with an average asking price of $774,811.00 the lowest price property was listed for $229,900.00 while the highest priced property listed is asking $7,000,000.00 for a custom home on 90 acres.

Ten properties were listed as under contract with an average asking price of $307,690.00 now that's more like it! With an average days on the market of 138.

Eight properties were reported as SOLD with an average asking price of $440,375.00 and an average SOLD price of $383,398.00 these properties were on the market for an average of 75 days.

Thirteen properties were reported as Expired with an average asking price of $422,876.00 and were on the market for an average of 217 days.

Wantage Twp; NJ is an excellent area to raise children, great schools and lots of wide open pastures and lots available to build your dream home. Located in Northern NJ it is close to Warwick NY a great area for shopping.
