During the month of October 2007 there were 65 newly marketed properties with an average asking price of $323,925.00
Eighteen properties were reported as under contract with an average asking price of $277,782.00
Twenty - eight properties were reported as closed with an average asking price of $257,340.00 and an average Sold price of $246,052.00 these properties were on the market for an average of 91 days.
Forty-one properties were reported as expired with an average asking price of $278,628.00 and were on the market for an average of 201 days.
Vernon, NJ is a great place for year round activities includes Vernon Valley Great Gorge, Hidden Valley two premiere ski area'. Hotels and eateries are abundant. Shopping is close by in nearby Warwick NY and Franklin, NJ as well as Vernon. Great schools with no regional school systems which is a big plus!
