As I see it . . . . . . .

 

What business are you in

 

The answer isn’t in the product or service that you deliver to the consumer they’re both important to the consumer. The answer is in the service that you deliver.

 

Consumers have more information and choices on which product or services to choose.

 

A business that gets caught up into, a me too product and or services are dead in the water. Also a company that bases their business model completely on being the low cost provider without service will fade from the business landscape.

 

The business that provides exceptional customer service that exceeds the customer’s expectation will carve out successful niche in the marketplace.

 

The customers are willing to pay more of the produce and or services based on the service that the company delivers.

 

The thin slice that separates successful businesses from the pack is in the service that they consistently deliver to their customers. So when you’re asked what business are you in?  You can answer with confidence that you’re in the business of delivering excellence in customer service and exceeding customers expectations.
