I had no idea you could still get condos in the NYC area for such a great price. Are these available for purchase by investors?

Absolutely! They are available for purchase by investors and there are no restrictions in the condo offering plan against investors or non owner occupied owners. The area is one of the few that is still appreciating. Rents are good in the area as well. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Maybe I should raise the prices... Just kidding. We bought the building for a VERY good price from some VERY motivated sellers and that is why we are able to sell the condos for such great prices. Being greedy is so 2005. ;)
