Summerlin continues to be one of the fastest growing, and selling, areas in the nation. More than one-third of Summerlins total acreage has been designated as community space, which includes parks, trails, golf courses, and natural preserve areas. Currently, Summerlin is home to 8 golf courses including 2 TPC courses, 2 Arnold Palmer courses, and eventually it will be home to 15 golf courses when the community is completed. "Bears Best" designed by legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus is the newest golf course in Summerlin. Located in The Ridges, Homesites are now currently available and provide breathtaking views of the mountains and the Las Vegas valley. The Ridges will be home to 6 custom home neighborhoods and 4 luxury home neighborhoods situated behind guarded gates and will be poised to be the most exclusive golf community in the Southwestern United States. There are 10 major parks and more than 40 neighborhood parks in Summerlin which offer everything! Golf courses, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Swimming and three community centers, each offering a multitude of activities for the residents. There is always something to do in Summerlin!

Summerlin Las Vegas Parks: Many places where you can cool of in the sunny days... The Arbors Sports Park, The Crossing Park, The Gardens Park, The Hills Park, North Tower Park, Oxford Park, The Paseos Park, The Pueblo Park, Ridgebrook Park, Spotted Leaf Park, Summerlin Centre Community Park, The Trails Park, Tree Top Park, The Willows Park, The Vistas Park.

Summerlin is in a Special Improvement District (SID). This means that each new home is assessed a fee that can either be paid off or paid semi-annually at a competitive interest rate. Summerlin is also broken up into three associations, Summerlin North, Summerlin South, and Summerlin West. Each association overlooks the homes in its area and enforces the Community Codes and Restrictions (CC&R's - Rules of What Homeowners can and can't do. If you have a question about this just ask us or we will let you see our copy!). These associations also plan community events and activities in their respective community centers. The association fee for Summerlin South for example, is $31 a month. These fees pay for all those beautiful tree lined streets, parks, trails, and community centers you will find in Summerlin. (Let's face it, we Live in the Desert and All of the Greenery and flowers you will find in Summerlin will not grow on its own!) Also, there are communities within Summerlin that have their own association fees. These tend to be the gated or guard gated communities such as Red Rock Country Club, Eagle Hills, The Ridges, Palisades, Sienna, and Tournament Players Club.
