46 Comments on Words I Love to Hear: Clear to Close
Erika, it has been a long haul....
George, aren't you lucky to get to say them!
Katerina, working on more and the North Kingstown real estate is picking up right now.
yes ... those are some of the best words in our business
How Sweet The Sound..........Clear To Close!!!! Congratulations
Ginny, oh so true, as there's nothing quite like the sound of "clear to close". Congratulations too as it sounds like you and your Buyers went through more than any young Buyer would imagine.
Good Job and way to stay with it!
Hope fully the borrowers appreciate your hard work!
Yes, still counting the hours til closing! thanks all for the support
Clear to Close-- or "C2C" if you're texting/e-mailing (not while driving). :)
Sometimes it feels like you'll never get there, and this deal sounds especially challenging... The only phrase better is 'YOU ARE CLOSED... CONGRATULATIONS!'
Good luck on Monday!
Congratulations! With the foreclosure phenomenon in the mix it is extra special when we get these homes closed. Best of luck!
Way to go. Sticking with it for your clients is an in-valuable asset. That is what it is all about. Stay with it and get over each hurdle as they come up and you will almost always be a winner.
They're some of my favourite words too, Ginny, but, as with Melissa, I've seen files fall apart between the time Title Recorded and Funds disbursed. It's not over until the fat lady sings.
yes, it isn't done yet...and i'm waiting for tha fat lady to sing for me!!
Ginny - I love those words as well. Raymond (#37) is correct, however. Around here, until the deed is actually recorded in the county courthouse, it deel isn't closed.
Ginny:
Good for you and your buyers for sticking with it for 4 months. I hope the close is soon. Good job.
Any closing is a good closing I have been told. Congratulations.
I am closing on two tomorrow that have just dragged on forever. It feels good to finnally hit the finish line.
Hi Ginny, congratulations to you and your clients! You definetely deserve all the credit!!
I'm with Gene : it feels good to finally hit the finish line...and as Ed Silva comments may nithing mess it up...shhhh
In fact I'll also have one closing in 'to the finale' on the 02nd of March...shhh let it be in 'The Light'!
Congratulations on your clear to close bell!! That was a well-earned commission and you probably have earned clients for life. It takes a lot of communication to keep buyers with a home over that period of time with difficult items that pop up on the home inspection. High five!
Hi Ginny, I agree on those words. And with all the issues we have these days, we sure do earn every penny of our commissions.
I beg to differ - there IS something better than those three words, and that is that it actually has closed and the deal is officially done :-) But, I too do love to hear that there is a clear to close and the done deal is imminent. :-) Kasey
