Margaret: It's always interesting to see how other MLS information is formatted. There is a lot of information presented here, and there seems to be a lot of leeway for wording. In TrendMLS, which covers many PA, and NJ counties and most of Delaware, we are only permitted 25 photos. Still, with a small 2 bedroom condo, getting to 25 can be a stretch. Thanks for sharing.

Anne, It is nice have the ability to use 30 photos. For a small condo, I will include building amenities like the mail room, lobby, condo number, and sometimes landscaping and views. For this special home, I could have used 50. But that is why blogging is special. We can do series of photos.

Sally, I would like to see yours and how much difference there is.

Wow, that fireplace is awesome, the spice rack is just spectacular, and those windows with all that sun pouring into the room just wakes everything up. Good job on the picture you selected for this listing. I love all the information you have provided in this listing.  More is better in my opinion.

Scott, We are fortunate to have this feature available. The comments on each mls photo tells a better story than just naming the room ie bedroom, dining room etc.

But you ask an important question that ALL sellers should think about, since so often what WE see on the MLS is not all that impressive. Too bad more agents do not take the care YOU do to make their listings look good on the MLS...and elsewhere.
