During the month of October 2007 there were two newly marketed properties in Sussex Boro. with an average price of $327,450.00
One property went under contract with an asking price of $330,000.00 and was on the market for 14 days.
Two properties were reported as Sold with an average asking price of $281,950.00 and an actual average SOLD price of $270,000.00 these properties were on the market for an average of 326 days. With one being on the market for 174 days and the other on the market for 478 days. The 478 day property was for newer construction held over from 2006.
Three properties were reported as expired with an average asking price of $307,966.00 and they were on the market for an average of 250 days.
