Thanks John, I'll bet we all know people for whom those quotes fit perfectly.   I know there are plenty in the optimist/pessimist category particularly.  Good thing most of us still in real estate today can see the opportunity rather than the calamity.

We all have our moments when things look black and we're not in a positive frame of mind.  I appreciate the reminders, as there's enough negative to deal with in day to day living.  Happy Thanksgiving.
