I Get To Hang Out With The A-Team!
Our Coldwell Banker United NW Office not only is the Coldwell Banker top office, we have the most fun! Our Broker, Vanessa, our chief extraordinaire knows it takes listings to make our phones ring! I've always believed "you have to list to last" which we learned at the very first conference we attended 21 years ago with Howard Brittan.
We have a sales meeting every Tuesday morning that you don't want to miss! Not only will you receive breakfast from a vendor but fun and relevant real estate information will be provided ~ all bundled in one package!
Our company is having a company-wide listing contest running from January 30th - April 1st. Every listing we obtain makes us eligible to pop a balloon with a cash prize inside. Yes, you can have more than one turn...one for each listing!
On April 17th during our joint sales meeting, the top Listing Agent and Team will be recognized and awarded for their hard work! For each listing, you take your name will be placed in a hopper for a chance to win three $100 cash prizes. Obviously the more listings you take, the better the odds!
After shooting darts at our meeting (Yeah, I had a new listing this week so I qualified for the A-Team) and much laughter and squealing we got down to business.
Our MLS is considering 3 systems and they are offering several demonstrations for us to review...will definitely want to make one of the dates.
As of March 1, 2012 we will be using contracts with changes made by the Texas Real Estate Commission. We have gone over these before but at our sales meeting we received very useful printouts with the changes highlighted on the certain pages to make sure we understand the new wording in the contracts.
We are already planning for our "Relay For Life 2012" to support and raise money for our number one charity! This year our theme is Super Heroes...April 27th will be here before we know it and we will be ready!
It pays to be with a company that works and plays hard. Coldwell Banker United reflects my values and core beliefs. They treat us with respect. In my entire real estate career I've never run across a Brokerage Company that offers more tools, as much support and always a helping hand to increase their agent's productivity.
