A big hello to the ActiveRain community! As someone brand new to ActiveRain, I wanted to briefly introduce and tell you a little bit about myself. I’m also brand new to the Adobe® EchoSign® marketing team, specializing in real estate and other industries. I’m looking forward to getting more involved with the ActiveRain community and real estate as a whole. I’m certain I’ll be learning a lot from everyone here.
Last month, Adobe EchoSign sponsored a contest all around the idea of trust. “How do your feelings about trust impact your business or your life?” was the question that contest blog entries were to address. And what a response! There were so many great posts to consider that we’re still reading through the entries and will be opening it up to you, the ActiveRain community, to help us choose the winners. Stay tuned for more information on that in a separate post.
We also thought it was a great topic, and wanted to share with you how trust impacts our business and our lives at Adobe EchoSign. When Adobe purchased EchoSign in July of 2011, it was the culmination of a strong bond of trust that had formed between those at Adobe involved in the acquisition, and the employees of EchoSign, who had to trust that the company they had worked so hard to build would continue to thrive under new ownership and management. The results? EchoSign recognized record growth and revenue, even during a year of immense change.
The reason our company has been so successful is because we have put trust in our people, process and technology. Possessing trust – in everyone who has been involved and will be involved in a company’s growth – is essential to building a successful business, even if it’s small. In the tiniest of companies – an agent working out of a home office, for example – still has to rely on external people to get his or her job done, whether it be a seller, buyer, inspector or other party. To-date, we’ve been recommended by 97% of our customers.
At EchoSign, we’re continuing to build on the trust our customers have come to rely on by:

These are just a few of the reasons why customers like Prudential, Rent.com, Lennar, Pulte and others continue to do business with us and why others are looking to us to get their documents signed quickly and easily.
