Driving down the road...going about 100 miles per hour...I wanted to follow him to see if the wheelchair was for him or he was just transporting it!

Very interesting.... I can't believe you were able to take a picture while driving down the interstate.  Talk about multi-tasking!

I bet it is his wheel chair. I've known several disabled bikers who rode trikes like this man.
