Brilliant ad, although I myself would never make it! I showed it to lots of co-workers and my wife, and it was funny how much "sex" people saw in it. Even your blog title focuses on it. Yet, while the guy and girl are completely nude (were they husband and wife? brother and sister? lovers? It never says.) there really weren't any...not ANY...overtly sexual elements. Lots of nudity; no sex. Interesting comment on our culture!

Of course it sells if not why then do the most beautiful get used in car and beer and anything else looking to bolster sales... it works

I've seen videos like this before. If nothing else, they generate a lot of web traffic for the listing agent. What is that old saying? "There is no such thing as bad publicity?"

Hi Stewart - Inappropriate as it may be, it's still an awesome ad, and I wish I could do that kind of stuff for my listings.
This ad agency has done a number of very provocative real estate ads. Don't think it would fly here as easily as it does with the Aussies but you never know.

My only complaint is that the gentleman did not put a towel on the bench when he was working out... I thought that was pretty "ewwwww"!

Hi Stewart...Good one. I've seen others from down under from the same Ad Agency..Pricey I'm sure....if it does the job, that's a good thing.
