Reports....I've been thinking about integrating reports as part of my advertising campaign. How much of your business do you attribute to these reports? Would you recommend other agents to do these reports?

As with any system, if you don't have the capacity for follow up, routing, and lead conversion, then all is lost.

I fully agree and I imagine that you have the full capacity to use these tools. If I were to implement reports into my marketing, I would strive for top notch follow up, routing, and lead conversion. So the question still remains; has it been a successful part of your business? I'm just curious to what extent this type of marketing has expanded your business and if you would say there has been a good payoff. Doing one thing excellent is better than doing 10 things mediocre. I can't recommend anything to anyone that would not fit with the personality of their systems and their character. There are several realtors in my area who are doing things that are questionable, but are very successful...if that's the type of success that one would like, then by all means necessary- full steam ahead. To answer all questions, this is a successful "module" of a complex and integrated system which has worked for me and continues to work for me. I have 11 "modules" which have taken an enormous amount of time and modification to get to where they almost run on their own. All my modules are successful for me, but others have tried to copy sections of my modules and failed because they didn't understand the depth of the system- all they saw were the results. I would only recommend to others to be excellent at whatever they try by struggling to be better at whatever has already been done.
