Mortgage and Lending with Larry Bettag - Cherry Creek Mortgage

So we're coming into Mid - February.  It just blows me away that over 5% of the year is already under the belt.  On the good side, we still have over 90% of the year in front of us.  But, if we're not careful, we will blink and the year will be gone. 

Definition of INSANITY?

Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results!!!!

No Way!  Not in 2012.  The problem is that most people say "I'm going to make more money in 2012."  I say how.  They say "I"m going to work harder.  I'm going to work smarter."  Again, really nice cliche and generic responses.  But in truth, they're pretty meaningless.Commit to Do Something Well!

For me the most revolutionary time in changing my business structure, going from good to great, is the use of "On Time."  On time is something that I have scheduled weekly for the first 2 months of this year and then twice a month thereafter.  What On Time is.....

You store up topics and ideas for your business in the preceding weeks to work on away from your business.  You work ON YOUR BUSINESS AND NOT IN YOUR BUSINESS.  Through my last 17 hours of on time, I realized that I could have increase my branch profitability by over $500,000 dollars.  I go to a hotel lobby or the library for two to four and....


Leave my phone in the car. Step away from the cell phone.  You can do it for two hours every two weeks!  I may take a break half way through in order to check messages, but I have no internet and no phones. 

I truly believe that I'll more than double my income this year.  My plan is to take my income up by about 125%.   

I am seeing the results.  Leads and deals are pouring in and my business is growing like gangbusters.  I have the committment.  It comes from my currently sizeable gut.  If the gut ain't in, then the butt won't move.  Unfortunately, I've had a bit of a struggle with my gut, but I'm talking about physical weight after an injury... and so... alas... I digress.

No....the Gut in my life is committed to change.  I love change in 2012.  It's hard, but I'm seeing some just incredible results.
