A Market Pick-up

I am curious to know when you think the market will start to rebound. I have already seen some better prices and sales in just the past couple of weeks. I would like to say that we have hit bottom and while it will be a slow uphill battle, we have see the worst. What is your experience? What is going on in your market?

We are seeing some movement here in Arizona as well. Still a long way to go, but there are signs of movement.

My brother lives in Old Scottsdale. He spent way to much on his condo but he is out there promoting a development in Mexico just over the border. If you would like information I would be happy to get it to you.

I am seeing signs here. There are markets that are moving and it appears new construction has hit the bottom for us and is making its way back up along with waiting lists and long builds. YAY! Hopefully it will infiltrate into the resale market!

Things are beginning to move here, especially in the starter price range, the higher priced homes are still sitting on the market for a long time.
