59.7% of the residential properties that sold from vember 1 to January 31 this year were "FORECLOSURE (REO’S) sales”, totaling 139 FORECLOSURE (REO’S) houses all over Jackson County.

Total active listings for the Jackson County reached 1,290 houses. 56 were sold in Central Point for an average of 61 days in the market, getting a median price of $132,500 with a -2.5% drop from last years’ quarter period of $135,950 .

The number of Central Point foreclosures (reo's) is 21 with a median price of $128,000. The number of Central Point short sales is is 15 with a median price of $126,500.
