Thanksgiving Moon, Hemingway and dream catchers

While wishing all of you a pleasant and festive time during Thanksgiving in Fort Myers Beach   I am sending this moon among palm branches. We of course all wish for a better market.What's new? But we have a lot to be thankful for.

   So many took short cuts the last few years and are now paying the price.They also wanted to catch that American Dream.After all we were all of us emigrants at one point. Sadly to many were just innocent bystanders. Today the market offers tremendous opportunities for buyers granted they are well advised and informed.That is our role.We are the real estate dream catchers. 

Your family, your clients are not different from you and me. They want to get the best deal possible.This is our job.

 Ernest Hemingway said" What about if all men wanted to catch the moon?" Not long after his dramatic death we did land on the moon.He knew that men were so curious that one day they would explore further in our solar system.WE do know which road we have to take.With the relentless temptations around us we are confronting each day our weaker sides.  Its so much more interesting to take the  right road.  Or is it the high road.  A good dream catcher can sleep at night with a clear conscious. Its must easier on your loved ones, your self respect,  your stomach and your sleep! I didn't say it was always fun.Hemingway lived only until he was 61 years old but he lived more then most did in 90 years.That is what its all about.To keep these dreams fresh and live the moment. Of course we can always save a bit for the future. I am glad I didn't buy these crazy men toys during these last few years!

   WE still want to catch the moon and take a pause during this National Holiday.We all know our own goals, fantasies  and expectations.Now is the time to regroup and just be thankful. There is no other job I rather be doing....well being a great pianist or painter would be ok to lol
