  • 77 Single family homes listed for sale
  • 24 Total homes in foreclosure
  • $985,913 Median sale price for single family homes in past 90 days

I like that you put in 11 homes are over priced in Cupertino.  It's so easy to figure it out when everything is priced at ABC and those 11 homes are priced at XYZ.  Maybe they come with life time maid service and in home chef, justifying being over priced, LOL.

Otherwise, I like the way you preset your Cupertino real estate market - easy to read and understand.  Great job, Patrick.
