Thank you for allowing me to price your home to sell. You separated the emotional and make the decisions based on the facts I gave you –there are many sellers who can’t do it. You allowed me to price your homes to sell and it did. Thank you.

Thank you for trusting my advice. You had to remove furniture, pack your cherished collections, paint, refinish the floors, hide your laundry and toothbrushes –you did it all because you trusted my advice. Thank you.

Thank you for putting up with the demands and hardships of home selling
. You packed the kids and the dogs and camped out for hours and on weekends at the malls, grandparents and neighbors. You gave your home the best chance of selling and it did. Thank you.

Thank you for believing that homes sell even during Christmas. You decorated your home so beautifully. No wonder it took only six weeks for another family to see themselves exchanging Christmas gifts in your and now their new home. Thank you.

Thank you for trusting me to sell your home when you were so many miles away
. We had the e-mails and phones, yet I know it was not easy entrusting me to hire contractors for work that needed to be done and oversee the process from such distance. Thank you.

Thank you for the ability to understand the market. You relied on my expertise to give you the information and guide you through negotiating the offers. You made the decisions and moved on with your life. Thank you.

To my home buyers’ clients – I am thankful

Thank you for spending two hours talking after the Open House.  You gave me a chance to understand your needs and why you were not able to buy your dream home after a year of looking. Thank you.

Thank you for understanding what you want and going for it. You made it the only transaction without a hitch. Thank you.

Thank you for being cautiously smart. You reduced your level of stress by selling your home first before buying again. You saved money and did not take mortgage because this made it less stressful for you to live without debt. Thank you.

To my relocation clients – I am thankful.

Thank you for being able to make a decision in one day when you saw the house you loved. No wonder your company needs you in different parts of the world. Thank you.

Thank you for transacting the business from another country in the most official manner
. Your spouses and kids trusted to you to make the decisions without their physical presence on the scene. Thank you.

Thank you to the relocation company who could not get their “usual” relocation partners to answer the phone and selecting me from the Internet. It was great working with you.  Thank you.

To the prospective clients who did not choose me – I am thankful
.

Thank you for making me understand that the best marketing approach to is not always the reason why people choose their agent. You selected your friend and neighbor, and gave me another perspective on how people make decisions. Than you.

Thank you for deciding not to sell rather then accept the high listing price suggested by other agents
. I told you what you needed to hear not what you wanted to hear and you made decisions accordingly. Thank you.

To the other clients –I am thankful.

Thank you for making me change the way I do business in the future
. When I see warning signs, I will consider them seriously.  Selling your home will always be my top priority. Being fully compensated for this service is nothing more then good business . You made me a smarter businesswoman. Thank you.
