I am a realtor and real estate investor since 2004.  Most of what i do is lisetd in my profile.

I love the real estate market, My wife tells me that i treat this like monopoly.  Property is bought and sold every day, if you are an investor, you make a deal anytime the numbers fit what you are looking for.

One a personal side, it took my wife and I about 80 showings to find our home, we have been looking to upgrade for almost a year and still ahve not found the perfect home.  When it comes along, we will have the offer ion the table in about a minute, most likely.

I love to find undervalued property and make it beautiful again.  We have many investor clients who enjoy the same thing.  The satisfaction of finishing a project is reward, but there is also the opportunity to make a great income with fixer upper homes.

I also am on a mission to help as moany homeowners in our area avoid foreclosure that i can talk to.  Most of the distressed homeowners have no idea what to do when they are losing thier homes.  I can help and if you want to help people you can to, whether you are an investor or an agent.
