Happy Thanksgiving Day, Everbody!!
We just returned from a leisurely drive around Big Pine Key, where we got good sightings of several of the famed Key Deer for our visiting friend from Virginia. I may have mentioned this before, but Big Pine Key (I sometimes call it "Large Conifer") is the only place in the world where these tiny white tail deer are known to exist. Next, we'll be going down the street to our friends' canalside tiki hut for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast, where we will all be remembering the many things we have to be so thankful for.
