I've tried going to Litton Loan Servicing's REO site but there's no way to sign up...any help would be appreciated.

 Very agent dedicated and difficult to get in with.  Attend an REO Conference and meet them in person, they will give you the inside scoop.

I have been trying also, to get into contact with Litton Loan Servicing since early October.  They do consistently transfer me to the same person's voicemail, but she never returns my call.

FYI one way to get in Litton Loan Servicing is by working up through one of their many outsourcers. I sell a lot of Litton properties but none for Litton direct. Yes a lot of people are trying to break down that door to list direct because you don't have to kick a referral fee out to an asset management company, but it's one way to get in.
