There are only 189 homes for sale on the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The lowest priced home in Palos Verdes is $725,000 (same as last month).

The highest priced home in Palos Verdes is currently $10,500,000

The average asking price for a home on the Peninsula has gone down since last month it is currently: $2,240,323 (last month's average was $2,176,204)

The average days on market is 127 (down from last month's dom average of 128 days).

There are 84 homes currently in escrow (this means under contract either pending or contingent) There were 83 last month.

Of these 84 homes in escrow the average list price is $1,341,975(down from last month's average of $1,309,502). The Lowest priced home in escrow: $530,000 (same as last month's)
