Duggan Edmonton Real Estate Average Sale Price

The south side neighbourhood of Duggan has seen the average sale price per square foot steadily climb over the last year and a half.  This last quarter of 2011 was weaker for Duggan's sale price per square foot, but that has more to do with what type of home sold.  More details can be found here: Duggan Edmonton Real Estate
