Googel

Thanksgiving is a day to give thanks to all that surround you, may it be family or friends. Something that many of us look forward to each year.

What is interesting is how Google markets itself, especially during the holidays. Google's mission statement is, "to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful." Google's corporate philosophy includes a statement such as "Work should be challenging and the challenge should be fun."  (both the mission statement & the corporate philosophy was from Wikipedia.)

So, how can you learn from Google?  What is your mission statement?  Your philosophy in regards to business? With the internet being such a powerful tool, how do you use it to your advantage? What can you learn from Google?  Maybe a logo? A slogan? Do you market yourself or your company?

Jeff - Nicely done.  I always thought it was interested when I was studying marketing in school how companies like Coca-Cola and McDonald's continue to market heavily, no matter what.  A few points of market share equals billions of dollars for them.  Good reminders about marketing!
