Today I'll Be Painting a Picture for Our Buyers ~ Silent Saturday

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with MoonDancer Realty, Dillsboro,NC NC# 218097

Today I’ll be painting pictures for our buyers as we look at houses all day. You see, the beautiful sunny and warm weather we’ve had for a few weeks now stops today. We’re looking at temperatures in the 30’s, no sun and snowflakes are falling already. One good thing about showing houses in this kind of weather though…if they like the house today, they will LOVE the house when the weather looks more like these photos.

Today, I’ll be painting pictures for our buyers so they can have that sunny and warm vision.

Mona - WOW, you are a true artist!  This is an excellent way to color these cold dreary days and turn them into sunny feelings.  Great!

Mona, Beautiful, Beautiful! Be careful out today. The snow is blowing sideways out my window this morning. Be back safe and home bound this evening, when they say the BIG one will hit. Western NC has beauty in every season! Thanks for the gorgeous pics!

Great looking country with the sun out. No snowflakes here in Southwest Florida today although the temps will be hard pressed to cross 70. Tonight we could be down to the high 30's. Later next week back to normal. Enjoy your day! Sell a home!

Good point Mona.  We have to be able to let our buyers see the whole picture, not just a rainy day! (or cold dreary day).

Good morning Mona. What fabulous photos. I hope that your day is productive and that the buyers you have see your pictures and experience your warmth and knowledge.

Barbara, thank you so much.  I had to paint a lot today...the temperature never got above the twenties. Brrr.  The buyers and their daughter were terrific to work with today.

Fernando, we finished up at 3pm just as the temps were plunging into the teens.  We had a good day and the buyers identified a couple of really good candidates.

Leslie, thank you so much.  I am back home safe, sound and warm.  I've already enjoyed a glass of wine and will probably have a good cup of hot tea later.  I also love Asheville, even if it is outside of my comfort zone for working but we try to get there as often as possible.

Wayne, my mother is in Port Charlotte and told me the prediction is for 38 degrees tonight.  She's not thrilled with that, lol.

Hi Cindy, that's right.  Especially if you live in an area like ours with distinctively different seasons.

Thanks Cynthia, I had a very enjoyable and productive day today.

Sheila, the buyers' daughter is a professional photographer and I felt quite humbled.  They have seen my photos and have expressed appreciation which made my day.

Will, I have no doubt that you have quite the gift of gab and can easily paint a picture with words.

Paul, that is so nice of you.  I will join your new group.  I'm a fan of your photos also.

Hi Mona, The most important result is that your poetic painting of your vision resulted in capturing their imagiination and will sure to bring them a wonderful new reality.

Hi William, these people are so creative that I didn't have to even paint that hard!

Mona,

Are you actually putting pigment on canvas or just describing them in pictures? :)

Steve, if I put pigment to paper it would have to be in the form of stick figures so I guess I would have to wax poetic instead!  Have a good afternoon.
