Daily Devotional: Truth Will Set You Free

Prayer Starter: God, I don't want to be limited by my thoughts and beliefs about what is true. You are the only source of Truth. As I spend time communicating with You, show me and lead me into Your Truth.

John 8:32 and you will know truth, and the truth will set you free.

The Prayer Starter actually uses GUIDE instead of LEAD, but I have recently started using LEAD in all my prayers. It seems more proactive to me. Even with a guide, if you are not paying attention you can become LOST. I ask to be LEAD by the hand or if I feel really out of sorts I pray for the Lord to grab me by the nose and LEAD me down the correct pay.
