Wish we had those type prices here in Arizona. Good Luck,
What will happen if the federal government reduces spending? Most of that growth is artifical. Can you say bubble?
Coral, our housing market is very similar, with half million dollar homes often being tear downs. But at least if the seller tries to make a good home, old or not, nice inside and out buyers will feel they are getting their money's worth. Edward and Cecelia - I wish ours were lower. Really the expectations that come with these prices are tough.
Home Realty Group - I don't think that will crash Arlington, VA. There's a lot more going on in DC than government spending.

Lydie - It is really a great song - and who doesn't love Mick?
Jay - Yes it will!
Chris Ann - SHOCK!
