I agree with Diane above, David ... great summation of the market in the St. Charles area.  I am somewhat surprised at the number of properties available UNDER $300k.  Unbelievable opportunities do exist for those that take action now.  The St. Charles area for under that price?  Hope that fact alone garners the interest for you that it deserves ...
