Eureka real estate has been steady with more listings coming on the market as others get sold.  I have been experiencing more buyers that are looking for homes with creative financing and more sellers are providing that creative seller financing.  These seller financed homes or owner carries and lease options are becoming more available in my opinion because sellers are realizing the competition in the real estate market, along with the holiday seasons is making homes take longer to sell.
