If you can't articulate the value of the services you offer you can't expect your client to fee. Remember the value you offer, we are professionals and we work hard to help our clients.

It is very much Like the 0.25 cent ccup of coffee we now pay $3.00 for....Value is all an issue of perceived value, your collegue needs to really learn to sell the value proposition....

Hi Cal, A great post. Investors are always looking to save where ever they can and it sounds like this agent needs to understand how investors will try to cut their fees not matter who it may hurt. Your office sounds very supportive, hopefully this agent will understand their intrinsic value.
