Salt Spring Island apples are finished the season is over, it's over....YA...

I have never seen so many apples in my life. My wife owns Bishops brew house that makes fruit wines, cyders and port. She asked me to man the apple press for a "little" while. I did not know it would be two month of none stop apple grinding. I had no ideal that there are so many people on Salt Spring that make apple cyder, wine or juice. I literally would have truck show up loaded with hundreds of pounds of apples.

The good news is that I did not need to go to the gym for two months. I had such a great work out. I really do like good physical labour.
