Home sales for the Prairie Village Kansas real estate market for January 2012 trended downward as compared to the preceding month. 25 total sales for January which is slightly less than the total sales of 30 for December in 2011. The high for single family home sales having come in August for the preceding 12 months with a total 45 sales.

Average price for homes sold in Prairie Village Kansas trending upward for January 2012 with an average sales price of $228320. The average sales price for January 2012 also trending upward as compared to the same period in 2011. The high for single family average sales price for the preceding 12 months having come in June 2011 with an average price for homes sold of $248415.
