Love it, love it, love it.
I love unique features in a home.
Lenn - wouldn't you love to indulge in a long bubble bath in one of those way cool bathtubs!!!
Barbara: You make a great point...you don't need to spend big $$$ to make a big impact on a room. Sometimes it's the simple "fixes" alone that can get the job done.
Loved your extravagant bathrooms in the multi gazillion dollar homes. Would like to market and sell a couple of those listings.
Happy Valentine's Day.
Margaret
Good morning Barbara,
Great reminder that little things make a big difference. Clean, clean, clean - the first imperative!
Hi Barbara. Also have them trim the exterior shrubs and mow the lawn regularly.
Anita - it is true, simple inexpensive fixes can do wonders for the presentation of a home.
Margaret - yes, give me just one to market! What fun that would be! :)
Lisa - the most important word IS clean, then organize.
Conrad - I agree 100% but this post was about bathrooms. That is another upcoming post regarding exterior. :)
Barbara, people would be amazed if they just followed your suggestions on how to prepare there home. Have a super Wednesday!!
Barbara- I tell this to everyone and it is amazing indeed as to how many don't follow these simple suggestions.
Glenn - I have had sellers who try to do everything right, including staging for that first impression and it DOES make a big difference in getting it sold.
Barbara Jo - same here! Those that "get it" are richly rewarded in the results they get, but those who do not "get it" often leave money on the table or end up not getting it sold.
I am not much of a bath person but I may change my stance if I had one of those tubs or the view in some cases!
