When you need to buy or sell a home in Katy, or the greater Houston Texas area, and use Liz Carter & Team Realty, we always go out of our way to remember to say "Thank You". So often this small simple thing is often overlooked these days. I have made it a point to go the opposite way, and not only send a thank you note, and a call all of our clients andcustomers, but also remember to thank the other key people whohelped to make the transaction close, (making someones dream of owing their home come true, and getting the sellers home sold) the other agent, the title company, the lender, etc. Recently we ordered our calendars that we send out as a gift to past clients and got together as a team to come up with a thank you note to include. Following is a couple of simple thank you notes we came up with and thought I would share them. Guess it's just the season, but it is always so nice to be on the receiving end. Too often we are always very quick to point out when something goes wrong, and we don't remember to say something nice when it goes well. Try to think of just five people a day that you should send a thank you note to, it's a nice habit to get in and it will put a smile on a lot of peoples face, especially when they were not expecting it. After all...we just had a whole lotof turkey, and a whole lot to be thankful for.
"THANK YOU" is a simple phrase, but still, it's meant to show that we appreciate your friendship and the opportunity to serve you.... More than you could know.
It was our privilege to do business with you, and it would be our pleasure to serve you and you family and friends again.
Customers like you are the foundation of our business. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and the confidence you have placed in us...... THANK YOU
Below is the final note we came up with to include with our little gift to all of our 3,000 part clients. Wishing everyone a great 2008...and don't forget to says "THANKS" as often as you can. www.lizcarter.com, 281-391-SOLD (7653). Liz

Liz - It looks like we're almost neighbors. I live inside the loop in Bellaire and of course primarily work this area of town. If I can ever be of service to you, please let me know. I enjoyed reading your blog. I wish you the best over the course of the new year that is just about upon us.
