35 Comments on My Newbie of the Week - Week 1
Howdy Patricia
Your a very good person for featuring this agent in your blog like this.
Have a good one
Craig, Welcome back to blogging - I checked and noticed you took a little break - what are you doing? Selling houses or something? Just keep blogging!
Vera, you know, Margaret Woda was the first Rainer to introduce herself to me, and she remains one of my favorite people here.
And Ian, yes, now I have to figure out how to find all of you and then read your blogs!
John, lots of times, very long blogs make my eyes glaze over, but a good blog does need a little meat on its bones.
Rhonda, this is a post each week that I won't have to think up a whole new idea for! I love it!
And Meg, you inspired a little edit to the post - thanks for your suggestion to add something about Krista, and also what made her blogs special.
Mark, Thanks for the comment! This is also fun!
Katerina, I agree! And with so many new people coming on, it'll be great to meet some of them.
And Krista, the guest of honor on this post! You may be the only Newbie I write about who is totally surprised! And that was part of the fun!
Vicky, there's a lot of good stuff that doesn't get featured, and I still haven't totally figured that one out! I'm sure that when I embark on this project, I'll likely miss some good ones.
Linda, that's exactly how I found Krista - she wrote comments on a bunch of my posts and I checked her out. That may be the one way to get people to read your stuff, by commenting on theirs.
And Rene, she deerved it. How about that haircut?
Pat,
What a wonderful idea! And what a thoughtful way to do it. Maybe others will like this idea and do it also.
Patricia
You are so great to be thinking of doing this for others, I wish I had that boost as a newbie, keep up the good work and continue to bless other people.
Karen Anne, you are a total riot! As long as the kneelers are thickly padded, it's fine!
Kay & Cheryl, it's like when you are a new real estate agent, you always remember the agents who were nice to you during those first awkward transactions!
And Dale, Oh shucks! Thank you!
Frank, you're right! So many blogs! So little time!
Barbara Jo & Bill, I really loved the haircut picture. When I saw it, I wanted as many other people to see it and laugh as I could!
Karen, I think it's really important to do whatever it takes to encourage new voices on Active Rain, although I must say that I really like a lot of the old voices, too.
And Gary, thanks so much for your comment!
Great idea Pat.
I hope to read more blogs by Krista.
Pat- truly great idea! What a neat way to meet new and interesting bloggers! I'm looking forward to checking out Krista's blog.
Jackie
I like the way you think, Pat. What a perfectly "Giving" idea for this week. I will be looking forward to your featured newbies.
