Happy New Year!! Green grass in February? Is it spring already? The real estate year has started with a bang, and I am happy to report the markets are changing here in Southeast Michigan.

 Effective immediately, I have joined Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel in Birmingham, where I will continue to serve all your needs for commercial real estate with the same enthusiasm and diligence.  This move allows me the flexibility to also serve your residential needs, now with the vast residential resources of CBWM behind me. 

 

This is not a refocusing of my commercial business, but rather a broadening, based on feedback from clients like you who prefer to have one source for all their real estate needs.
