Hi John: Ok... what's the secret ? Just how does a single agent... Dolly Lenz... achieve a yearly volume that is incredibly close to One Billion Dollars ? She must have some farm... or a pretty cool sphere of influence.
John, those are some seriously big numbers. I thought the links meant they were on AR until I hovered. Does that mean not one of the Top Dawgs blogs?? Hmmmmmm!!!
Look at the prices of the homes she sells ? Not hard to get there with that price of listings. We have an agent in Ann Arbor that sells 20 million plus a year, all really high end homes. She is at the country club all the time networking.

What I noticed is the lack of the big franchises (RE/MAX, C21) in those lists. they are there, but quite under-represented. Some names I wouldn't expect were pretty strong, though. But I did expect to see Sothby's there.
