When you get pulled over in California, they don't ask you for your driver's license anymore.

They ask you for your real estate license.

Okay, I knew that everyone was getting into the real estate professions recently.

But I had no idea how serious this influx was until I joined Active Rain and saw these featured real estate professionals (as of today):

Eddy can't be more than 6 months old, but check out the impressive resume:

• Spanish-speaking
• Licensed nationwide
• Sr. Loan Officer

I know it took me a couple of years to become a Sr. Loan Officer.

My kids have made a pretty cool record as a Christmas gift, and the older ones are getting good grades, but I'm obviously not setting the bar high enough.  My youngest is probably a year older than Scott Gormley.  But the idea of my little pudding-throwing diaper model running her own mortgage company...wow!
