Looks like 2011 was a come-back year for your area. Great stats!
Dagny, there was a 22% drop in average value form 2005 to 2010 when most home owners would have hoped to see an appreciation in value. Good news is a 12% appreciation in values from 2010 to 2011. Nice report

Hi Dagny! That market report is extraordinarily detailed and eye catching! I'm sure your clients can appreciate the amount of care you put into your research about the area they reside in.
