Sometimes I Fall Short....But He Still Loves Me

I woke up with this song on my heart this morning. I have been so grateful for all of the things that God has blessed me with, but at times, I know that I haven't been the best example of His love, or of my christian walk.

I am just thankful that even in the times that I stumble and disappoint him, or myself, that he still loves me. The song is from "The Fighting Temptations". I hope you enjoy the video.

Isn't that the truth we all fall short at times and he still loves us. We have so much to be thankful for in our country and in our lives. God Bless us All!

I thank God for many things. On top of the list is the patience, mercy and unconditional love that He demonstrates to us, His children. He knows what's in your heart. Thanks for sharing a part of that with us.

What a wonderful song..It's so ture we all fall short sometimes, but I know that God is always there for us.... With God on our side.... we can do all things... Keep the faith.... GOD will BLESS

Alecia-What a beautiful person you are and you listened well to His message. That song in your heart didn't get there by chance. He was waking your heart up with the message that He truly does love you no matter what. We are all here to grow and learn and share in His greatness. GBY my friend.

Hugh- sometimes the process can be painful at times, but at least He lets us know that he loves us, even as we try to change to become more like Him.

Derrick- my heart is to do what he asks me to do, even though it isn't easy at times, and I struggle with being obedient to his voice.

We are Blessed to know He is full of grace and mercy that He bestows upon us everyday.

Robert- yes, we are blessed. His grace and mercy are why I feel unworthy at times.

Alecia..... I am sure the song is reminding you of Gods forgivness....... and how He does not judge you just according to what you may have done, but your intentions, motives and the whole ball of wax....

Pleading the blood of the Messiah is a good start to getting things taken care of, BUT.... confessing and repenting is where it is at...

It is doing those two things that we find our rest returned......

Yes we're not perfect and won't be till that final day. But regardless once we belong to his flock no one can take us away.

Alecia, the Holy Spirit is working through you. When I read you post on my blog about what our attitudes and actions say, all I could think was AMEN. Then I saw your profile, pictures, and this post. Julie and Midori have already said what I was going to say.

The video was touching. When that guy was baptised, it had me on the edge of tears. Your taking the time to write out words to the song was nice also. May God continue to bless you in all that you do.
