So, you want to live in NEPA (Northeast Pennsylvania)?  Our Scranton / Wilkes Barre area is so enriched with culture that we happen to have our own language.  And no, it doesn't sound anything like the characters on "The Office".

Scranton and Wilkes Barre are unversally different from eachother in so many ways.  Even the small towns that surround them have cultures and identities of their own.  This conglomeration of Irish, Italian, Polish, etc, culminates in a language that is all our own.
