I would never have thought about showing someone from out of town what the whole neighborhood looks like.  But, Fred did.

You should let him know that even without a tripod he did a pretty good job.

Checking Up on the Neighbors in Milton, Wisconsin

Got a call from someone interested in a property in Milton, Wisconsin, today. After answering all the usual questions about the listing, he wanted to know "How is the neighborhood?". I asked him what kind of information he was looking for - remembering all the cautions about steering, etc. Turns out that his main concern was that he didn't want a "junk collector" for a neighbor.

So I suggested a street-level video of the property, so he could see the neighboring properties, and even check on the amount of snow we had. A few minutes later, I had a quick video, and this is what I sent him:

Next time I do this, I'll request a sunny day, and I'll remember to bring a tripod - Not quite as steady as I used to be!
